1. What is a content package and what does it include?

A content package is a collection of marketing or sales assets around a certain topic or a theme. We’ve arranged these packages to help get you the best results when you market to your leads or contacts.

A standard content package will include the following asset(s):

2. How often are new content packages added?

We release up to 3 new content packages every month.

3. How are the topics for each package selected?

We follow industry trends and listen to you to capture suggestions and feedback. You can email suggestions for new content topics by sending an email to content@mindmatrix.net.

4. Can I edit the content to customize it for my business?

Yes. We provide a license to edit our content as long as you are signed up for our subscription.

If you wish to use our services to edit content on your behalf, you can also purchase an additional plan through our concierge services.

5. Do I need to signup for the Mindmatrix platform to get access to this content?

Yes. Our content is fully integrated with our platform. In order access any of our content, you must be one of our clients, such as an MSP Advantage or IT Advantage customer. Alternately, you must have access to our platform via a third-party provider that has opted-in to this service. For example: (DATTO, ESET...)

6. Can I suggest new topics, and when can I expect to see them?

Yes. Please send us your thoughts by emailing our team at content@mindmatrix.net. We prioritize the content we develop based on demand. If your suggestion is commonly requested and accepted, you may expect to see your topic released as a new content package in the next development cycle (3-4 months).

7. Where do I report any issues with the content or provide feedback?

Please send all of your feedback or issues with content to content@mindmatrix.net.
